Matured for around 18 months, giving a greater depth of flavour, Vintage Red Fox is an aged Red Leicester which uses a unique recipe which was developed over many years. This along with carefully selected cultures and the skill of our cheese-makers produces an intense and complex blend of sweet and savoury distinctive flavours. This delicious handcrafted russet-coloured cheese has a cunningly unexpected crunch.

 

1 x Silver Fox 200g

Slowly matured for around 18 months, Silver Fox has a rugged mouth feel and depth of flavour. Taste tested and graded by our expert cheese graders/makers to ensure it delivers a taste sensation every time.

 

1 x Double Gloucester Onion and Chive 179g

Belton Farm Double Gloucester Onion and Chive, like all our cheese varieties, is made to an individual recipe which has been handed down over the generations. It is a vat-made cheese, which involves the onions and chives being added to the cheese-make.

 

1 x Cheshire 179g

Our Cheshire cheese is light and crumbly with subtle hints of fresh citrus. The slightly salty taste is distinctive to the area our milk comes from as cows feed on the rich pastures of the Cheshire Plain, with its underlying rock salt deposits. The Cheshire Plain extends from the Mersey Valley in the north to the Shropshire Hills in the south.

 

1 x Organic Red Leicester 200g

Organic Red Leicester is slightly sweet with an almost caramel flavour which builds up a more robust taste during the maturing process. The cheese is aged for a minimum of 10 months to bring out the rich and savoury notes of this distinctive cheese.
