Matured for around 18 months, giving a greater depth of flavour, Vintage Red Fox is an aged Red Leicester which uses a unique recipe which was developed over many years. This along with carefully selected cultures and the skill of our cheese-makers produces an intense and complex blend of sweet and savoury distinctive flavours. This delicious handcrafted russet-coloured cheese has a cunningly unexpected crunch.
1 x Double Gloucester 179g
Smooth with a creamy, buttery flavour, rich and nutty yet mellow with a straw like colour from the addition of natural plant extract, annatto. Double Gloucester is a particularly good melting cheese. Aside from that, Double Gloucester’s texture has enough bite to make for a satisfying snack in its own right.

A smooth, creamy Derby cheese marbled with a delicate Port infusion. This cheese has a deep ruby red marbled effect where the port wine has been allowed to naturally blend with the maturing cheese. It has a slightly sweet berry after taste. Fantastically marbled this tasty cheese has real blackcurrant undertones.

Our Cheshire cheese is light and crumbly with subtle hints of fresh citrus. The slightly salty taste is distinctive to the area our milk comes from as cows feed on the rich pastures of the Cheshire Plain, with its underlying rock salt deposits. The Cheshire Plain extends from the Mersey Valley in the north to the Shropshire Hills in the south.

The complex blend of sweet and savoury distinctive flavours of the Red Fox, matured for between 16-18 months and naturally smoked over Oak chips. The russet coloured cheese has a cunningly unexpected crunch, from the naturally occurring calcium lactate crystals which form as the cheese matures.

Slowly matured for around 18 months, Silver Fox has a rugged mouth feel and depth of flavour. Taste tested and graded by our expert cheese graders/makers to ensure it delivers a taste sensation every time.
1 x Fig and Spelt Peters Yard Crackers 105g
These sourdough crackers are made in small batches with signature sourdough starter, which slowly ferments for 16 hours. They’re crafted from natural ingredients including Shipton Mill flour and organic fresh milk. Made with spelt flour and whole pieces of fig, these are perfect as canapés or as a biscuit for blue cheese.
