Silver Fox is a new modern British Superior Vintage Cheddar cheese, hand crafted at Belton Farm in Shropshire. This strong and striking cheese delivers a complexity of flavours.
Slowly matured for around 18 months, Silver Fox has a rugged mouth feel and depth of flavour. Taste tested and graded by our expert cheese graders and makers to ensure it delivers a taste sensation every time.

How It's Made
Our master cheesemakers use local milk from free-range grass-fed cows to produce the Handcrafted Silver Fox Cheddar.
Each cheese is graded and inspected before it goes into the Silver Fox packaging.
