Description

This traditional Coloured Cheshire pack celebrates the centenary year of the Beckett’s being at Belton Farm.

In 2022 Belton Farm Cheshire cheese was once again recognised for its excellence; Coloured Cheshire was named Reserve Champion UK Cheese at the International Cheese & Dairy Awards.

The same delicious Cheshire cheese but by adding a touch of annatto, a natural plant extract during the cheese making process, it gives a light amber colour to the cheese.

Our Coloured Cheshire cheese is matured for around 3 months and is light and crumbly with subtle hints of fresh citrus. It’s mild, milking and aromatic, which leaves a slight tang aftertaste on the palette.
