Red Fox Antipasti Loaf
Ingredients
- 1 farmhouse tiger loaf
300g /10.5oz slow roasted peppers
100g/3.5oz spinach
200g/7oz salami
200g/7oz chorizo
4 Beef tomatoes, sliced
100g/3.5oz green olives, sliced in halves
200g/7oz of Belton Farm Red Fox Cheese, sliced

Method
Cut the loaf in half horizontally, then scoop most of the dough inside to make room for the filling.
Layer up the inside of the loaf with the roasted peppers, sliced tomatoes, salami, chorizo, olives and spinach. Press together gently, wrap tightly in cling film and chill for 2-3 hours.
Slice to serve.
